We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dental Office Manager for our privately owned dental practice in downtown West Mississauga. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of dental office management, extensive knowledge of Tracker software This role is crucial in ensuring that our office runs smoothly, providing exceptional patient care while maintaining efficient administrative processes.

Duties

  • Manage the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring a high standard of patient care and service.
  • Supervise and train team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Oversee scheduling, billing, and insurance claims processing to ensure timely and accurate patient accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
  • Implement and manage office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate human resources functions including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor budgets and financial performance, assisting in the development of financial plans for the practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a dental office management role.
  • Experience with Tracker is essential.
  • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management in a dental environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients, staff, and owners.
