Are you a friendly, organized, and people-focused individual looking for a

rewarding career in healthcare? Our busy, well-established optometry clinic

has proudly cared for the Dundas community since 1989, and we are

looking for a full-time team member to join our growing practice.

This position is a combination of administrative reception and patient

pretesting, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, working with

people, and learning new skills in a professional healthcare environment.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient records
  • Perform preliminary vision testing using specialized equipment
  • Assist with patient flow to help ensure appointments run smoothly
  • Support our doctors and clinical team with administrative tasks
  • Help create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient
