Overview

Join our dynamic automotive team as a Service Advisor, where your enthusiasm and mechanical knowledge will drive exceptional customer experiences. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our service department, ensuring vehicle repairs and maintenance are handled efficiently and professionally. Your energetic approach will help build lasting customer relationships, promote additional services through upselling, and contribute to the overall success of our dealership. Duties

  • Greet customers warmly, listen to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document their needs
  • Explain repair estimates, service procedures, and recommended maintenance options clearly and confidently
  • Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
  • Upsell additional services or maintenance based on customer needs and vehicle requirements
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and maintain detailed financial records
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Maintain organized records of service orders, work performed, and customer interactions

Experience

  • Previous experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment is highly preferred
  • Mechanical experience or automotive repair knowledge to understand vehicle issues effectively
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Proven sales ability with a focus on upselling additional services or products
  • Experience handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Familiarity with automotive systems, repair processes, and dealership operations is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
