Full job description

Territory Manager – True Wild Distilling, Breaker Box, Roper's Hold

Location: Edmonton, Alberta (and surrounding area)
Reports to: CEO

About True Wild Distilling

At True Wild, we don’t just make spirits, we craft stories in every bottle. From the refined charge of Breaker Box Gin and Vodka to the rugged spirit of Roper’s Hold Whiskies, we celebrate Alberta’s untamed character and the people who live it every day.

We’re driven by curiosity, grit, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Our team believes in doing things the right way, even if it’s the harder way. We’re distillers, storytellers, and brand builders shaping how Canadians connect with true, small-batch craft spirits.

We’re growing fast across Alberta and we’re looking for a Territory Manager in Edmonton who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help write the next chapter of the True Wild story.

The Role

As our Territory Manager, you’ll be the face of True Wild Distilling in Edmonton — sharing our spirits, our story, and our passion with retailers, bars, restaurants, and event partners.

This isn’t a cookie-cutter sales gig. It’s an opportunity to build real relationships, champion local craftsmanship, and help shape how Alberta experiences premium craft spirits.

You’ll drive growth for Breaker Box and Roper’s Hold while keeping your ear to the ground for opportunities to bring True Wild to new places and new people.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and grow retail and on-premise accounts throughout Edmonton and area.
  • Increase distribution, visibility, and sales velocity for Breaker Box and Roper’s Hold.
  • Develop genuine connections with store owners, bar managers, and buyers.
  • Plan and execute activations, tastings, and brand experiences that make people fall in love with True Wild.
  • Track your wins, spot opportunities, and refine your territory plans.
  • Be an ambassador — not just for our brands, but for Alberta craft spirits as a whole.

Who You Are

  • You bring 1–5 years of sales experience (beverage alcohol or CPG a plus), but hustle and heart matter more than your résumé.
  • You’ve got an entrepreneurial mindset — you treat your territory like your own business.
  • You’re a storyteller and a relationship builder who can turn a handshake into a partnership.
  • You’re organized, data-aware, and action-oriented.
  • You love craft spirits, good people, and the energy of being out in the field.
  • You’ve got a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and the flexibility to work the occasional evening or weekend event.

Why Join True Wild

  • Be part of a growing Alberta distillery that’s earning its place among Canada’s best.
  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.
  • Mileage allowance, benefits package, paid time off and company events.
  • Career growth opportunities into senior territory or leadership roles.
  • A chance to work with a tight, passionate crew who take their craft seriously — but not themselves.

How to Apply

If you’re ready to help grow Alberta’s next great distilling story — one pour, one partnership, and one adventure at a time — we’d love to meet you.

Apply now and raise a glass to what’s next.
