About the Role

  • Maintain and grow ICONIX's Vancouver Island customer base by utilizing professional selling skills to identify customer needs
  • Understand customer’s needs and look for opportunities to expand business by offering other goods or services
  • Source information about client’s business to anticipate opportunities to provide products and service to the customer
  • Submit quote to customer outlining pricing of all required supplies and materials for the customer’s construction bids

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of sales experience or another related field where building & retaining a dedicated customer base was valued
  • Build strong relationships and love talking to people
  • Prioritize ruthlessly and focus on the highest value activities
  • Thrive working independently and autonomously
  • Staying on-task in a sometimes chaotic environment when multitasking is required
  • Maintains a clear channel of communication with customers and associates, aligning with ICONIX's values, commit to quality, and delivering on promises
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% percent of the time

  • Base Pay: $75,000 - $89,000/yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
