Full job description

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Compilation engagements and financial statements for clients in a variety of industries
  • Preparation of small audit and review engagements, financial statements and supporting working papers with minimal supervision
  • Preparation of Corporate tax returns and personal returns with an emphasis on cross border tax returns
  • Preparation of tax compliance and information filings including T4, T5, EHT, HST and WSIB filings

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (preferred)
  • Completion of or close to completion of CPA, CA designation (preferred)
  • Experience in public accounting
  • Experience working with Caseware, Tax software and MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strong Desire to learn and grow
  • Must be willing to work in the office everyday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
