Full job description

Inkeros is hiring motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as an Outbound Sales Specialist. In this position, you’ll sell AT&T Business Services to U.S.-based business customers through B2B inside sales over the phone, starting with warm leads before progressing into cold outreach.

Responsibilities:

  • Connect with business customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Promote AT&T products and explain features and benefits effectively
  • Manage warm leads and outbound cold calls to generate sales
  • Build strong client relationships and handle customer inquiries professionally
  • Accurately process sales and maintain customer records
  • Participate in ongoing training and team development sessions

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and confident working independently or on a team
  • Basic computer skills
