Inside Sales Representative – Digital Marketing Solutions

Remote | Outbound Sales | Uncapped Commission

Yellow Pages is looking for driven and resilient sales professionals to join our high-performance inside sales team.

In this role, you will generate new business through outbound cold calling, helping Canadian small and medium-sized businesses grow through Yellow Pages’ digital marketing solutions.

This is a pure acquisition sales role focused on opening new accounts. There is no account management — your success comes from identifying opportunities, engaging business owners, and closing new customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new SMB clients through high-volume outbound cold calling
  • Conduct 100+ outbound calls per day to generate new opportunities
  • Present and sell Yellow Pages digital marketing solutions (online advertising, lead generation, etc.)
  • Overcome objections, negotiate, and close new business
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Work independently in a remote sales environment
  • Build strong product knowledge through ongoing coaching and training

Compensation & Earnings Potential

Yellow Pages offers a pay-for-performance compensation model designed to reward results.

  • Uncapped commission
  • On-target earnings: $55,000 – $70,000
  • Top performers earn $90,000 – $120,000+
  • $35,000 base salary
  • Quarterly and annual performance incentives
