Full job description

Job Description: We are a professional weatherproofing and coating company looking for skilled painters to join our crew for projects in Medicine Hat and across the Prairies based out of Medicine Hat, Alberta. We provide all professional tools, equipment, and materials. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and can hit the ground running.

Open Positions:

  • Lead Painter ($32.00/hr): 5+ years of professional experience. Must be an expert with sprayers and professional-grade coatings.
  • Mid-Level ($26.00/hr): 2+ years of professional exterior experience. Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Helpers ($22.00/hr): Hardworking and reliable. Must be comfortable with heights and quick to pick up instructions. Professional construction/painting experience is a significant asset.

Schedule & Travel:

  • Payout: bi-weekly.
  • Travel: Position may require travel for up to 2–3 weeks at a time.
  • Travel Benefits: We cover all accommodations and provide a daily meal allowance when working outside of Medicine Hat.

Requirements:

  • Trade Reference: Must provide at least one trade reference from a previous employer.
  • Professional Skill: Lead and Mid-level roles must demonstrate high-quality results from Day 1. No fundamental training is provided for these roles; however, we will provide a full orientation on our specific system requirements.

Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
