YOU ARE:

We are seeking a Delivery Lead, a great communicator and natural problem solver, to help us deliver complex digital products on time and on budget. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience delivering custom web applications, native mobile apps (iOS and Android), and headless/composable architecture solutions with a focus on project management, client relationship development, resourcing, financials, contract execution, and overall program health. You recognize project risks early, propose clear solutions, and communicate effectively with everyone invested in the project's success. Candidates should be equally comfortable in pre-sales conversations as they are in active delivery and ongoing maintenance. Ideal candidates will have a consulting background and will have experience managing programs that combine strategy, design, and technology disciplines across the full product lifecycle (Discovery to Implementation to Operations).

THE WORK:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global, and large-scale digital product, marketing, and commerce solutions in a highly client-facing capacity

• Plan and estimate delivery work across various methodologies, with a focus on project milestones, resource planning (on-shore and off-shore), scope, budget, risk identification, and mitigation

• Manage day-to-day on-shore and off-shore project teams across the full project lifecycle

• Work closely with engineering, design, product, and QA to deliver best-in-class custom web, native mobile, and headless digital products

• Manage and contribute to solution plan definition, ensuring alignment across technical, creative, and business stakeholders

• Serve as the primary point of contact in client communications, managing developer/client interactions and expectations against a defined contract scope

• Communicate project status to all stakeholders (internal and external), resolve issues proactively, identify risks, and make recommendations to ensure project success

• Own staffing and financial management of the Accenture delivery team

• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members on project delivery and client management skills

• Help develop and maintain core team processes, delivery standards, and internal capabilities

• Partner with business development and practice leads to scope and estimate custom web, native mobile, and headless digital engagements

• Contribute to proposals, SOWs, and client-facing presentations that clearly articulate delivery approach, resource model, and timelines

• Interact with client stakeholders on business justification, funding, scope, and timeline to shape engagements before they begin

• Contribute to the ongoing development of solution and program offering approaches, methodologies, delivery frameworks, and business development tools

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Minimum of 10 years experience with agile SDLC, implementing large, complex web sites, native mobile apps, commerce applications, customer data platforms, and/or marketing automation platforms.

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience, building technology solutions in a variety of different styles (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) through the software development lifecycle

• Minimum 7 years experience with consulting commercial and contractual models. You know the difference between time and materials, fixed-scope, fixed-capacity, and managed services, and you can navigate scope changes, change order conversations, and client expectations confidently within whichever model you're working in

• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required for this position

BONUS POINTS IF:

• Previous experience delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade digital programs in a consulting or agency environment

• Proven track record managing complex, mutli-year rollouts with cross-functional on-shore and off-shore teams

• Experience managing or mentoring other delivery managers or project leads within a consulting practice

• Familiar with AI-native development practices and how AI tooling (code generation, automated testing, intelligent code review) is reshaping the SDLC and comfortable leading delivery teams that are actively adopting these approaches

• Experience contributing to new business pursuits including RFP responses, capability presentations, and competitive pitches and a track record of helping convert opportunities into engagements

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
