About Us:
We are a fast-paced, customer-focused automotive dealership committed to delivering exceptional service. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist / Warranty Administrator to join our team and play a key role in both front-line customer interaction and behind-the-scenes administrative support.

Position Overview:
This dual-role position combines front desk reception duties with warranty administration responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a busy dealership environment.

Schedule is Tues-Sat 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage appointment scheduling and customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Warranty Administration Duties:

  • Process and submit warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures
  • Track and follow up on outstanding claims and payments
  • Communicate with service advisors and technicians regarding claim details
  • Maintain organized records of warranty documentation

Qualifications:

  • Reliable transportation is a must!
  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role (automotive experience is an asset)
  • Knowledge of warranty processes and dealership operations preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Proficiency with computers and dealership management systems (CDK/Reynolds & Reynolds experience is an asset)
