Summary

We are seeking Concrete Pump Operators to join our growing team!

Granite Concrete Services Inc. is proud to have the largest fleet of concrete pumps servicing Manitoba's construction needs.

This role is vital in providing high-quality services to our customers on commercial and residential construction projects, while supporting our mission to build lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Drive and operate concrete pumping equipment safely and efficiently to meet project specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations on the construction sites.
  • Assist in setting up and dismantling pumping systems.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of operations and maintenance activities.
  • Qualifications
  • Experience operating concrete pumps and asset, but willing to train the right candidate.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous mechanical knowledge related to concrete pumping an asset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Valid class 3 driver’s license with airbrake endorsement mandatory.
  • Must have own transportation to our office/shop as we are not located on a bus route.
  • Must be physically capable of lifting 40-50lbs.
  • Available to work extended hours and weekends.
