Positions Available in Colorado, North Carolina, Minnesota, Texas, Arizona, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Indiana

Summary: We are seeking Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA) to join our team in the United States. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality therapy to children on the autism spectrum, contributing to our mission of providing consistent and effective care.

What We Offer: Your total compensation ($80,000-$117,000 US) consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.

  • Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped and reflect both the quality of care you provide and your overall impact, so your earning potential grows with your performance.
  • Mentorship Bonuses: Earn $500–$1,250 per teammate for mentoring and supervising RBTs in the Everest Program as they work toward becoming BCBAs.
  • Certification Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.
  • Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 determined by center and ability to start.
  • Long-Term Incentives: $10,000 or more per year once you reach Sr. BCBA or higher through our Citizenship Program.
  • Relocation Packages available: To ease the expenses of your transition.
  • 401(k) with Company Match: Boost your retirement potential and strengthen your financial future.

Work Life

  • Work from Home Days: Up to 3 work from home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment related work from home days per year.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours.
  • Nearly 30 Days Off in Your First Year: Enjoy holidays off, plus PTO, CEU days, and flex days, giving you plenty of dedicated time away from work to rest, recharge, and enjoy life

Manageable Caseloads:

  • Clinical Directors: Support up to 3 children
  • BCBAs, Senior BCBAs & Assistant Clinical Directors: Support up to 8 children (max), with most averaging 6–7 children.

Clear Career Growth

  • Clear Leadership Path: BCBA → Sr. BCBA → ACD → Clinical Director → Sr. Clinical Director → Group Clinical Director → Regional Clinical Director.
  • Training & Development: Learn directly from Dr. Greg Hanley and his Compassionate Care Team in compassionate, evidence-based ABA.
  • Research & Innovation: Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality

Clinical Guidance

  • Clinical Guidance: Our BCBAs are guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team, featuring industry leading clinicians such as: Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri
  • Continuing Education: A minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in-house, extra funds to attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off to use for CEU events.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
  • Masters Degree Required
