Our Behaviour Analysts are primarily responsible for overseeing client ESDM and ABA programming, with a multidisciplinary, trauma informed and neurodiversity affirming approach. Behaviour Analysts develop and maintain strong rapport with staff and clients and deliver supportive care with a high degree of excellence. We are deeply committed to individualized services and embrace fun and creativity to support each unique child and family. We can support successful candidates to achieve the ESDM Certified Therapist credential.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Masters’ degree in a related field
  • Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) Credential
  • RASP Category A professional in British Columbia
  • Completed 8-hour supervisor training
  • ESDM Certified Therapist credential obtained or willing to obtain
  • Minimum 2 years clinical experience with children 2-5 years

Candidates who don't yet met minimum requirements are encouraged to apply, as we do have a structured training progression through our Case Manager position ideal for those completing their Masters' degree or clinical supervision. Mentorship and supervision can be provided for the right candidate to grow into this position.
