We’re hiring immediately.

A&W at our Main & Terminal location is seeking a strong, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead a fast-paced 24-hour restaurant. This is a great opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives in high-volume operations and enjoys building strong teams while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily restaurant operations while maintaining A&W operating standards
  • Deliver an industry-leading guest experience, measured through brand and guest metrics
  • Drive sales, profitability, and performance targets
  • Ensure strict compliance with food safety, cash handling, and company policies
  • Manage and control key costs, including labour, food, and other controllables
  • Coach, develop, and support the management team and crew
  • Recruit, train, and build a high-performing team
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive work environment
  • Support business planning and annual profit goals with the Franchisee and Area Manager

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management or leadership experience
  • Open availability (days, evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Comfortable working in a 24-hour operation
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
