Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee our daily operations at our fast food restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to maintain high standards of hygiene and quality.
  • Manage and train staff in various roles including food preparation, and customer service.
  • Supervise daily activities to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for complete satisfaction.
  • Utilize POS systems effectively for order processing and financial reporting.
  • Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to maintain stock.

Experience

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the Fast Food industry is essential.
  • Strong background in customer service with the ability to foster positive relationships with guests and staff alike.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is required.
  • Experience in supervising teams and managing staff performance effectively.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous
