Job Summary

The Line Cook/Prep Cook prepares ingredients and cooks meals for service, helping maintain an organized, safe, and efficient kitchen. This hands-on role supports consistent food quality and timely service for customers.

Duties

• Prepare ingredients and meals by following recipes, portion guidance, and kitchen procedures.
• Cook menu items to order, coordinate timing with the kitchen team, and assist with serving and food service as needed.
• Handle, store, and rotate food safely; keep preparation areas, tools, and equipment clean and orderly.
• Communicate ingredient needs and preparation updates to colleagues to support smooth service.

Qualifications

Required: Practical food preparation, cooking, meal preparation, and food handling capabilities, with attention to food safety, cleanliness, and consistent execution. Preferred: Food service experience, including restaurant, kitchen, or broader food industry experience, and familiarity with serving during busy service periods. Your impact: Careful preparation and coordination help colleagues deliver timely, dependable meals to customers.

Pay: $17.60-$24.79 per hour
