Modélisateur 3D - Production d'orthèses

Sous la supervision du directeur, le modélisateur a comme principale tâche de réaliser à l’aide de logiciels spécialisés 3D les modèles requis pour la fabrication de nos divers produits en orthèse.

Principales tâches:

  • Modéliser (rectifier) le fichier pour obtenir un positif la fabrication d’une orthèse à partir de fichiers numériques reçus à l’atelier
  • Apprendre le logiciel 3D propietaire pour modéliser les orthèse de genoux et d'orthèses de pieds;
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe de modélisation ainsi qu'avec les collaborateurs externes (Equipe de Software et Ingenieurs Mecanique);
  • Respecter le cahier de charge et les échéanciers;
  • Travailler en relation avec les orthésistes et les partenaires industriels;
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches pour le succès de l'entreprise

Qualifications :

  • Maîtrise des logiciels 3D et outils numériques;
  • Connaissance en orthèse (un atout);
  • Rigueur, efficacité autonomie;
  • Etre a l'aise a des taches repetitives
  • Avoir le souci du détail, patience et minutie;
  • Esprit de collaboration pour le travail d’équipe multi disciplinaire;
  • Bilinguisme essentiel (Anglais/français);
  • Orienté service client/ patient.

3D Designer - Orthotics Production

OssKin is a growing Montreal-based Med Tech company with an international presence that is transforming the future of orthotics and prosthetics, using mass personalization software and 3D printing. Interested in finding out more? Apply now!

Under the supervision of the Director, the Modeller's main task is to produce, using a proprietary 3D software, the models required for the manufacture of our various orthotic products.

Main responsibilities:

  • Model (rectify) the file to obtain a positive (mold) or the manufacture of an orthosis from digital files received at the workshop;
  • Learn and use an in-house software for 3D modeling of the Evoke orthosis;
  • Collaborate with the modeling team as well as with external collaborators;
  • Respect the specifications and deadlines;
  • Work in relation with orthotists and industrial partners;
  • Perform all other tasks for the success of the business

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency of 3D software and digital tools;
  • Knowledge of orthotics (a plus);
  • Rigor and autonomy;
  • Have attention to detail, patience and thoroughness;
  • Collaborative spirit for multidisciplinary teamwork;
  • Bilingualism is essential (English / French);
  • Training in industrial design (an asset);
  • Customer/patient service oriented.
