Full job description

Our client, a manufacturer located in the south end of Ottawa is looking to bring on a 3D modeling and printing technician to add to their team. This position requires any interested candidate to have prior experience working with 3D printing and modeling. If you would like join a growing team, feel free to apply!

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Roles

  • Create, modify, and optimize 3D models using CAD and 3D modeling software
  • Prepare files and print settings for various 3D printing jobs
  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot 3D printers throughout the production process
  • Maintain machine and check for any defects
  • Assist with other manufacturing duties

Responsibilities

  • Experience with 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, Blender, or similar programs.
  • Previous experience operating 3D printers
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work with other
