Storekeeper/Receiver (Full-Time)

As a team member at Tim Hortons, your top priority is guest satisfaction!

We are currently looking for a reliable and organized Storekeeper/Receiver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving deliveries, checking inventory, stocking products, and ensuring that all supplies are properly stored and accounted for. The successful candidate will help maintain efficient restaurant operations by ensuring inventory is accurate and readily available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, ensuring orders are complete and meet quality standards.
  • Verify invoices and delivery documents against purchase orders and received items.
  • Report and follow up on missing, damaged, or incorrect shipments.
  • Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas, including refrigerators and freezers.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation (FIFO).
  • Prepare reports on damaged, expired, or spoiled products.
  • Support restaurant team members with product and supply requests.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage environment.
  • Follow all food safety, health and safety, and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with managers, suppliers, and team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Working Conditions

  • Fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
  • Exposure to refrigerated and freezer storage areas.
