Salary: $ 80,000 CAD + Living Stipend

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

What do we offer?

The GMT program offers a 1 0 -month rotational experience designed to immerse you in various facets , providing hands-on experience s across our core business areas .

As you progress, you’ll rotate through our front-line Brewery , Sales, and Logistics teams, gaining exposure to different operational sites, including , brewery locations , warehouse facilities , our Toronto h eadquarters, and other localized sites . Each rotation includes immersive job shadowing where you’ll learn about specific programs and processes , while work ing on strategic business projects to prepare you for your first placement.

Following the program, you will continue to build your Labatt journey w ith placement typically in a Frontline Sales or Supply Chain team , based on your interests and business needs .

Details of the GMT Program:

  • One - week Labatt onboarding held at our Toronto Headquarters, prepar ing you to be an owner of your career!

  • One-week Global onboarding, held in St. Louis MO, connecting you with other GMT’s from countries around the world .

  • Experiential learning opportunities , for example, the opportunity to become a C icerone (certified beer expert) and 2 -day immersive leadership development training.

  • Exposure to senior leadership , including Labatt’s President, through networking opportunities and project presentation s .

  • Living stipend to support you throughout the program .

  • Participate in new graduate specific events and activities.

  • Access to exciting swag & on-site pubs

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s d egree in Engineering , Business, Sciences or a related field

  • Must have graduated from an undergraduate degree in the last 2 years; 202 5 , 202 6 or anticipated graduation no later than September 202 7 .

  • Must be mobile and open to relocation to experience different functions and locations across Canada

  • No formal work experience is required . Previous internship experience is a plus .

  • Eligible to work in Canada

  • Bilingualism is an asset
