Full job description

Duties:

- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, such as chopping vegetables and marinating meats
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is stored properly and at the correct temperature
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- An emphasis on cleanliness of the kitchen and all related equipment
- Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service

Skills:

- Experience in food preparation and cooking
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Familiarity with working in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
