Full job description

Willard Bus Lines is looking for School Bus drivers for the 2026/2027 school year.

Responsibilities:

- Safely transport passengers to their destinations following predetermined routes and schedules
- Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers during transit
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers
- Maintain a clean and organized bus interior
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus
- Communicate effectively with passengers, school staff, and parents
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

-Projected average wage for the 2026-2027 school year is $20,000 for only working 4 to 5 hours per day.

Up to $2,000 in Recruitment / Retention and Signing bonus is available to B class license holders that will be payable over the next 10 school months.
