Full job description

School Bus Driver

We’re growing! As our routes continue to expand, Elliott Coach Lines is looking for caring, qualified drivers to join our team - just like the amazing drivers we have today.

No experience? Love to drive? Enjoy working with children? Need a flexible part-time schedule?

If you answered Yes, to any of these questions, then Student Transportation of Canada might be the right place for you!

Elliott Coach Lines, a division of Student Transportation of Canada is looking for new and experienced School Bus Drivers. If you have a Class-B license, great! If you need help to get your Class-B, we will train you for FREE!

What we offer:

  • $23.32/hour
  • Free license upgrades
  • Monday to Friday schedule
  • Holidays and summers off
  • Part-time, flexible employment (15-20 hours per week)
  • Make a positive difference in the lives of local children
  • Bring your child on board, get paid and save on daycare!

What do School Bus Drivers do?

It's pretty simple, in the morning we pick up school aged passengers from predetermined locations and then deliver them to school. In the afternoon, we do the exact same thing, just in reverse order; we take them from school back home (once again at predetermined locations).

School Bus Drivers operate Monday - Friday, from September until the end of June...that's right, summers off. Depending upon your specific route, you could work anywhere from 7:00 am - 9:30 am then again in the afternoon from about 2:00 pm – 4:30 pm.

Who can do this job?

As long as you are responsible adult and have at least a 'Class-G' driver's license, we can teach you how...for FREE!

  • Looking for extra income?
  • Recently retired?
  • Uber/Lyft/Cab experience?
  • or just curious...?
