Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Line Cooks & Pastry Cooks to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, cooking, and baking, with experience in meal preparation and food service.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are prepped and ready for service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and cooking equipment.
  • Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure safe food handling practices.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting with ordering as needed.
  • Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols.
  • Participate in daily kitchen operations, including cleaning tasks at the end of shifts.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
