As a Front End Manager, you will oversee daily store functions, motivate your team, and ensure exceptional customer service that keeps our customers coming back. Responsibilities:

· Ensure excellence in customer service

· Perform & manage efficient running of departments

· Support and communicate front end programs

· Implement Company policies and procedures

· Supervision, selection and development of staff

· Provide a positive working environment; promote teamwork and a positive morale among colleagues

· Required to do employee scheduling, ensure accuracy of invoicing and other admin duties

· Schedule department employee hours within budget

· Manage costs of department within the company budget

· Ensure all the required work gets completed in a timely manner

· Ensure appropriate orders to fill shelves achieving business standards

· Communicate colleagues and management - work together as a team

· Support and encourage a safe work environment for all colleagues

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required:

· Education and experience will be considered as part of the screening/interviewing and selection process only

· Demonstrated leadership and communication skills

· Self-motivated, service oriented team player

· Excellent organizational skills; able to prioritize workload

· Ability to work independently and to maintain strict confidentiality

· Strong verbal/written communication, math skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

· Computer skills; the successful candidate will be required to utilize MS Office, e-mail and applicable software

· Flexibility to work a variety of hours which include Days, Afternoons, Evenings and Weekends
