Full job description

Summary

As a Grocery Associate, you will be integral to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Your familiarity with all the products and whereabouts in our store is essential. With a focus on time management and organizational skills, you will help maintain an orderly and well-stocked store environment. Join our team to contribute to a positive shopping atmosphere.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Greet customers and assist with their grocery needs
  • Stocking and facing grocery shelves while maintaining FIFO (First in and First out)
  • Assist with unloading deliveries
  • Receiving deliveries in a warehouse environment
  • Keep store clean and organized
  • Operate cash register and handle financial transactions

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
  • Time management skills are essential
  • Must be in good physical condition
  • Able to lift 30 lbs. frequently
  • Be able to work under pressure
