Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipper/Receiver & Customer Service Clerk. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have valid forklift training.

Responsibilities

Shipping & Receiving:

  • Process incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders and packing slips
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred)
  • Maintain inventory records and organize warehouse space

Customer Service:

  • Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via email
  • Process orders and provide product information
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in shipping/receiving and customer service preferred
  • Forklift certification is an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in Microsoft Office required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
