Now Hiring: Working Superintendent – Commercial Construction - Calgary

We’re looking for an experienced Working Superintendent who can take charge, solve problems on the fly, and bring out the best in every crew member on site. This is more than a job—it’s your chance to lead high-impact projects and leave your mark on every build.

What You’ll Do:

1. Responsible for overseeing daily construction operations while actively participating in on-site work.

2. Coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors with confidence

3. Ensure safety and quality control standards

4. Keep projects on schedule and within budget

5. Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and teams

What You Bring:

1. Proven experience as a Working Superintendent or Foreman

2. Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety regulations

3. Background as a journeyman in a trade is an asset

4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans

5. A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
