Full job description

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retail environment during evening and overnight hours. You will play a crucial role in maintaining store organization, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with product demonstrations and sales. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skills.

Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and product selections.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on features and benefits.
  • Utilize POS systems for transactions, ensuring accurate processing of sales.
  • Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Handle inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments and conducting stock checks.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Familiarity with technical sales concepts is an advantage.
  • Ability to effectively demonstrate products to customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
  • Must be able to work overnight shifts consistently.
