Job Summary

6 Month Temporary Position - Maternity Leave

$20,000.00

10 days of holidays

Job Description:

Monday through Friday 830am-430PM

Maintain housekeeping schedules daily, for Winnipeg, Regina, and Saskatoon, sharing with cleaners and Point Person in Regina and Saskatoon.

Add housekeeping to the reservation board.

Send out Welcome Letters and Departure Instructions to guests.

Supervise cleaning staff, regular inspections of suites to ensure standards, every 2 weeks, and inventory checks.

Hire and train new cleaners.

Chair housekeeping meetings every two months. Chair team meetings once every 20 weeks.

Purchase and order cleaning and starter kit supplies. Prepare starter kits for all cleanouts.

Respond to guests’ inquiries and/or issues, resolving issues in a timely manner.

Contact repair/maintenance suppliers to set up appointments, and informing landlords as well.

Meet repair/maintenance suppliers at the suites as required.

Meet suite deliveries.

Meet with new potential landlords to view potential new suites.

Complete initial inspections on new suites. New suite set ups as required.

Travel to Regina and Saskatoon for suite set ups and meeting with staff members, 1-2 times per year.

Clean/organize housewares, linens, binders, starter kits.

Arrange for initial clean of new suites. Copy keys for new suites.

Maintain storage lockers and ensuring to track inventory on spreadsheet.

Print off Arrival Packages and adding keys, fobs, and remotes to the key tracker, when receptionist is on holidays.

On call rotation required. Once every 5 weeks.

Pay: $19.23 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
