Full job description

We are seeking a creative and passionate Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and a deep appreciation for flowers and plants. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and artistic expression. Your role will also involve engaging with customers, managing inventory, and contributing to the overall success of our floral shop.

Responsibilities

  • Design and create floral arrangements for events, weddings, and everyday occasions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
  • Manage inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality.
  • Assist with retail sales, including cashiering and operating POS systems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with health standards.
  • Engage in e-commerce activities by promoting products online and managing orders.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing guidance on floral care and selection.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance store displays and overall customer experience.

Experience

  • Previous experience in floral design or related fields is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly valued.
  • Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is beneficial.
