Job Summary
As a Bridal Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for brides-to-be as they prepare for their special day. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the selection of bridal gowns and accessories, ensuring exceptional customer service while fostering a welcoming and supportive environment. Your expertise in product knowledge and sales techniques will help brides find their perfect dress while enhancing their overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized consultations to brides, understanding their vision and preferences for their wedding attire.
  • Assist clients in selecting bridal gowns, veils, and accessories that align with their style and budget.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various bridal products.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of bridal gowns and accessories, ensuring all items are presented attractively.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
  • Utilize technology sales skills to assist clients with online orders or inquiries about products available in-store.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on orders, fittings, and any necessary alterations.
  • Upsell additional products or services that enhance the bridal shopping experience, such as alterations or complementary accessories.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all clients.

Requirements

  • Strong phone etiquette to handle client inquiries professionally and courteously.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required.
  • A passion for weddings and bridal fashion is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate client appointments.
  • Familiarity with technology sales is a plus, as well as experience in conducting product demos.
