  • Annual Earnings: Typically ranging from $45,000 to $70,000+, including hourly rate plus uncapped commissions (The lower end reflects new team members during their learning period, while experienced associates have earned significantly more).

What You Will Do
  • Deliver Solutions: Provide personalized support that helps customers find the right wireless and residential products and services. You have a passion for finding the right solutions for customers.
  • Be the Expert: Complete training and stay up-to-date on products, networks, promotions, and industry trends so customers can count on you for the latest knowledge.
  • Create Experience: Turn every interaction into an exceptional experience that earns customer loyalty, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Drive Results: Achieve and exceed sales targets while staying adaptable to business needs and contributing to the success of your store and district.
