Your Responsibilities:

• Install windshields, door glass, back glass, and other auto glass efficiently and safely
• Perform chip repairs and assess damage for appropriate service recommendations
• Use adhesives, tools, and equipment properly to ensure top-quality work
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
• Provide excellent customer service — every vehicle leaves cleaner than it arrived
• Collaborate with team members to meet shop goals and deliver on our service promise

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of professional auto glass installation experience (required)
• Must supply your own tools
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean, insurable abstract
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stay physically active throughout the day
• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to quality and safety
• Fluent in English, with good communication and customer service skills
