Full job description

Aerloc Industries, a supplier and installer of quality aluminum products for the commercial, institutional and residential market, is currently seeking a full-time Glazier / Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be working on job sites across Southern Ontario installing curtain wall, glazing and other commercial glazing systems. Transportation to and from site from our shop in Dundas is provided.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with supervisor and co-workers in a team setting.
  • Unload and unpack products supplied to site.
  • Install aluminum curtain wall, interior glazing systems, aluminum doors, insulated glass, railing systems, glazing and mirrors as per drawings and plans provided.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Repetitive lifting of windows/doors.

Qualifications

  • Current MOL certified Working at Heights Training would be an asset.
  • Experience working in a fast pasted construction environment
  • Ability to read construction blueprints and shop production drawings
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic site and installation problems
  • Candidates must be dependable and punctual
