- Takes pride in doing good work
- Positive attitude

THE OPPORTUNITY
We're not looking for someone who simply wants another labor job.
We're looking for people who want an opportunity to build skills, take on more responsibility and move forward.
At Groundhogs, you won't spend every day doing the same task in the same place. Our crews work at different properties, on different projects, dealing with different conditions and challenges.
You'll get exposure to excavation, equipment, waterproofing, foundation construction, concrete, drainage and specialized construction methods.
As your abilities grow, so can your role.
There are opportunities to learn new skills, operate equipment, become specialized in different areas of our work, take on greater responsibility and advance within the company.
We don't expect good people to stay "just a laborer."
If you show up, have a good attitude, learn, become more capable and take responsibility, there is opportunity here.
For someone who wants to build a career in construction and become genuinely skilled at what they do, Groundhogs can be a place to do that.
If you have construction experience, a valid driver's license and want an opportunity to prove what you're capable of, we'd like to hear from you.
Apply to join Groundhogs™.
