Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized E-Commerce & Website Operations Coordinator to support the management of online product listings, customer websites, and e-commerce operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate product information across multiple platforms, monitoring online marketplaces, processing orders, and handling dispute documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain product listings on customer websites.
  • Create and update product information on Tommyco’ s website.
  • Complete and submit all required forms and documentation for new item setup and product updates.
  • Monitor and maintain online marketplace accounts, including Amazon, Walmart, and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Conduct weekly reviews of all online sales channels to ensure product information, pricing, and inventory data are accurate.
  • Prepare and process orders and shipments related to online sales channels.
  • Create and manage Advance Shipping Notices (ASN) and related shipping documentation.
  • Prepare, organize, and submit documentation required for customer disputes, claims, and chargebacks.
  • Maintain accurate records of website updates, orders, shipments, and dispute resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce operations.
  • Provide backup support to the logistics and customer service departments when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Knowledge of or experience working with Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot (HD), or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with product listing management and website content updates.
  • Familiarity with ASN processes and shipping documentation is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and administrative skills.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Good knowledge of AI will be an asset.
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in e-commerce operations, customer portals, or website administration.
  • Understanding of online retail processes, product setup requirements, and marketplace compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation

$55,000–$65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, plus benefits.
