Close Veterinary Clinic is an independently owned, full-service small animal practice in Kitchener, known for our compassionate patient care and excellent customer service. We are looking for a friendly, professional Full-Time CSR to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidates will contribute to our high standards of medicine and customer service while working effectively in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing client inquiries.

- Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for clients and their pets.

- Assist in managing client records and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly.

- Collaborate with the veterinary team to support efficient clinic operations.
