Support Production and Keep Operations Running Smoothly

This role is ideal for someone hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn. You’ll assist with materials handling, logistics, and housekeeping to keep our trailer manufacturing operations efficient and organized.


Who You Are

You’re a reliable, physically capable team player with strong attention to detail and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks. You’re adaptable, safety-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced shop environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with loading and unloading materials and products, primarily with our rail team
    • (forklift training provided if required)
  • Perform general housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, recycling, waste disposal, and restocking consumables
  • Support the logistics team by organizing inventory, staging materials, and maintaining order in the warehouse
  • Assist production teams as needed, adapting to changing priorities and tasks to meet production goals
  • Understand and comply with all PPE requirements at all times, work safely every day and encourage all team members to do the same
  • Read and interpret blueprints, bills of material, and work instructions as necessary to perform each task
  • Fabricate, assemble, prep and/or finish components as needed
  • Provide training and assistance to other employees as assigned and willing to cross train


Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Commitment to following safety protocols
  • Strong team player


Preferred (but not required):

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial setting
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain
