Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a welcoming environment, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and knowledge of food safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences
  • Take orders accurately and process transactions efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness of the tables,bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
  • Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adhere to alcohol service laws
  • Restock supplies as needed and assist in inventory management
  • Follow all food safety and food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
  • Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cash register operations and balancing at shift end
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
  • Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
  • Hospitality background is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
