Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the deployment of IT infrastructure and oversee project execution from start to finish.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and quality standards while adhering to operational protocols and cybersecurity policies.
• Provide regular updates and comprehensive status reports to stakeholders and upper management.
• Utilize project management methodologies and tools to allocate resources efficiently and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Manage project documentation, including risk logs, business cases, and progress reports.
• Offer technical advice and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on proofs of concept and initial rollouts.
• Ensure change management processes are followed and communicate operational policies clearly.
• Review new IT service requests for potential operational impacts and recommend solutions.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize work processes and improve project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a project coordinator leading technical teams in IT project environments of similar complexity.
• Strong knowledge of project management practices, including stakeholder engagement, risk management, and project documentation.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects involving infrastructure, server/application migrations, or IT service delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Familiarity with government or enterprise IT environments, including security zones and change management.
• Technical aptitude with a background in IT infrastructure, systems migration, or related fields.
• Preferred: familiarity with AI tools to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
