Job Overview & Location

  • Location: Indoor and Outdoor job sites across Winnipeg, MB.
  • Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years
  • Transportation: Must be able to travel to and from various worksite locations
  • Safety Gear: Steel-toed safety boots required

Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, caulking, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
  • Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and industrial coatings using brushes, rollers and sprayers
  • Perform minor drywall patching and repairs
  • Using ladders and scaffolds in a safe manner
  • Manage time effectively to complete projects within scheduled deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality

Requirements

  • Proven experience with a focus on commercial painting projects
  • Skilled in the use of painting equipment and tools
  • Steel-toed safety boots
  • Putty Knife & Paint Scraper
  • 5-in-1 tool and Utility knife
  • Multi-head screwdriver
  • Personal extension poles
  • Pole sanding head
  • Caulking gun
  • Physical Demands: Ladder/height work, bending, crouching, kneeling & lifting up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
