Full job description
Company Profile:
J & F Management Inc., carrying on business as Richmond Anti-Aging Clinic, is a healthcare and wellness organization based in Richmond, British Columbia. The clinic provides a range of medical aesthetic, wellness, and preventive health services, including anti-aging treatments, functional medicine, hormone optimization, weight management programs, and patient-centered healthcare solutions. With a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and support staff, the organization is committed to delivering high-quality services and promoting long-term health and well-being for its clients.
Duties
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
- Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
Requirements
- College diploma or bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Business Administration, Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in senior management, operations management, healthcare administration, or a related leadership role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in managing human, financial, and operational resources.
- Ability to develop and implement organizational policies, strategies, and business plans.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare and wellness environment.
- Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Pay: $62.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
