PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :

Notre client cherche un designer UX de 5 ans et plus pour l'évolution de son site public, un environnement Web à fort volume combinant contenus informationnels et parcours transactionnels.


Le candidat visé maîtrise le cycle complet du design centré utilisateur : recherche, personas, parcours, wireframes, prototypes, tests utilisateurs et interprétation des données pour orienter les décisions.


Il travaille au sein d'une escouade multidisciplinaire (PO, designers, intégrateurs, développeurs) en mode agile, ce qui suppose une autonomie de conception et une capacité à collaborer au quotidien avec des profils techniques. Les mots récurrents du mandat (simple, efficace, performance, accessibilité, conversion) signalent un profil orienté résultats mesurables plutôt qu'un profil purement créatif ou visuel.


Le rôle inclut une dimension d'influence : accompagner les parties prenantes, soutenir la priorisation, traduire des besoins d'affaires complexes en expériences simples. À ne pas confondre avec un designer UI/graphique, un intégrateur Web ou un designer produit d'applications internes sans expérience de site public.


REQUIS :

  • 5 ans et plus d'expérience en design UX

  • Approches de design centré utilisateur : recherche, personas, parcours, wireframes, prototypes

  • Tests utilisateurs et interprétation de données pour orienter les décisions

  • Compréhension des enjeux numériques transactionnels et informationnels

  • Expérience en environnement agile

  • Maîtrise d'outils de conception (ex. : Figma, Miro)



SOUHAITÉ :

  • Expérience sur un site Web à fort volume

  • Sensibilité aux enjeux de performance, d'accessibilité et de conversion

  • Capacité à influencer et à accompagner les parties prenantes



ATOUT :

  • Expérience en assurance ou services financiers
