Parts Advisor — Kelowna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Kelowna, BC | Full-Time, On-Site

What You'll Do

  • Help customers and technicians identify and source the right parts, every time
  • Proactively upsell parts, accessories, and service products
  • Build lasting relationships with retail, wholesale, and fleet customers
  • Manage inventory, stock control, shipping, and receiving accurately
  • Maintain clean records in the parts system and complete manufacturer training

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor (Chrysler/Stellantis experience is a strong asset)
  • Confident communicator with solid customer service and sales instincts
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with dealership systems
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Kelowna, BC

Schedule & Details

  • Full-time, on-site | 8-hour day shifts | Some Saturdays required
  • Start date: ASAP
