Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Apparel Production Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key liaison between design team, technical team and overseas factories.
  • Manage and oversee domestic production in Montreal.
  • Manage and monitor production timelines.
  • Collaborate with design and technical teams to review product specifications and production issue and communicate them clearly to factories.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with factories, addressing questions, clarifying specifications and providing feedback.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in production and coordination in the apparel industry is required.
  • Strong organizational, collaborative and communication skills across teams and time zones.
  • Familiarity with garment construction techniques.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Nous recherchons un(e) coordinateur(trice) de production vestimentaire dévoué(e) et compétent(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Responsabilités

  • Agir en tant qu’intermédiaire clé entre l’équipe de design, l’équipe technique et les usines à l’étranger.
  • Gérer et superviser la production locale à Montréal.
  • Gérer et suivre les échéanciers de production.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de design et techniques afin de revoir les spécifications des produits et les problèmes de production, puis les communiquer clairement aux usines.
  • Maintenir une communication claire et constante avec les usines, répondre aux questions, clarifier les spécifications et fournir de la rétroaction.

Qualifications

  • Une expérience préalable en production et en coordination dans l’industrie du vêtement est requise.
  • Solides compétences en organisation, en collaboration et en communication entre les équipes et les différents fuseaux horaires.
  • Connaissance des techniques de confection des vêtements.
  • Souci du détail et engagement envers la production d’un travail de haute qualité.
