If you:

• Have a warm, friendly demeanor and you enjoy relationship-building… and sales!
• Knowledgeable and passionate about luxury fashion, brands and trends
• Understand the importance of customer satisfaction
• Capable of developing relationships with customers and colleagues
• Flexible, reliable, and are able to work within retail store hours (including at least one weekend day)
• Strong attention to detail, commitment, and communication skills.
• A keen eye for beauty and style.
• Confidence and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Perficient Computer knowledge (preferably POS systems)

What you’ll do:

• Drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
• Remember loyal customers’ names, sizes and preferences and maintain friendly relationships
• Team up with Manager to maintain outstanding store condition and ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Committed to loss prevention through exceptional service

Qualifications:

• Experience in the fashion industry
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Previous experience: customer service, retail, fashion, communication
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality
• Availability to work flexible shifts
