Founded in July 2025 by two young entrepreneurs, we partner with leading brands to deliver customer acquisition, sales outsourcing, consulting, and business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions.

Since launching our Rogers campaign in February 2026, we've grown from 1 office with 5 Sales Representatives to 4 offices and more than 60 team members across Surrey, Burnaby, Abbotsford, and Calgary.

As we continue expanding, we're looking for ambitious individuals who are motivated to build a long-term career with opportunities for leadership and advancement.

Position Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will represent Rogers Communications by engaging with residential customers in assigned neighbourhoods, educating them about Rogers products and services, and helping them find solutions that best meet their needs.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Rogers Communications professionally in assigned territories.
  • Conduct face-to-face customer consultations.
  • Educate customers about Rogers Home Internet, TV, Home Phone, and Mobility services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Complete customer applications using company systems.
  • Accurately document customer interactions.
  • Meet daily and weekly performance goals.
  • Attend office meetings, training sessions, and coaching.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Available to work at least 4 days per week
  • Comfortable working outdoors and walking throughout the day
  • Reliable transportation is considered an asset but is not required
  • Successfully complete a background check

Compensation

This is a performance-based position with uncapped earning potential.

Many of our Brand Representatives earn $800–$1,500+ per week, depending on performance, effort, and consistency.
