Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Driver and Customer Service personh to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery as well as having the administrative skills for instore customer service, answering phones, receiving, opening/closing. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, as you will be the face of our company during deliveries and customer retail.

**Our preference is that you live in the TABER area.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders safely and on time, ensuring products arrive in good condition.
• Load and unload deliveries carefully, checking items against order details.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service in-store, over the phone, and online.
• Help customers find products, answer questions, and assist with purchases.
• Process sales, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and product condition, and report discrepancies or damage.
• Label, organize, and put away stock accurately to maintain reliable inventory records.
• Pick, pack, and process online orders, checking products and quantities before dispatch or pickup.
• Communicate with customers about order status, delivery arrangements, and product availability.
• Keep the retail floor, receiving area, and delivery vehicle clean, organized, and safe.
• Replenish shelves and assist with inventory counts.
• Work with the team to prioritize deliveries, customer needs, and daily store tasks

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the day.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Experience with computers including working with Word & Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
