Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within a specialized team to achieve daily goals and uphold high standards
  • Engage actively and manage multiple tasks, prioritizing for optimal efficiency
  • Operate CNC lathe and milling machines, robotics, and advanced tooling
  • Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
  • Champion continuous improvement through Kaizen and CORE Operating System
  • Maintain and develop standard work processes, training documentation, and routine maintenance
  • Support EH&S initiatives and participate in audits

What You Bring

  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Journeyman Machinist, Mechanical Tech, or relevant education/experience
  • Results-driven, high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with urgency and flexibility
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and eager to rotate roles within the department
  • Experience in fast-paced manufacturing/production environments

Preferred Skills

  • Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting abilities
  • Eye for detail and ability to multi-skill across the line
  • Willing to work 12-hour shifts including nights, within a 24/7 team
  • Knowledge of export controls

Physical Requirements

  • Lift/move up to 40 lbs
  • Use of PPE required
  • Stand, walk, climb, lift, push/pull, crouch, grasp throughout shifts
